1. About

This website belongs to "Omar's Academy", operated by Omar Hamad Al-Fahdi (Muscat, Sultanate of Oman). By using the site or buying a course you agree to these terms.

2. Service

We sell recorded online video courses, watched on our course platform. There are no physical products and no shipping.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Omani Rials (OMR) and are final. Payment is a single online payment through a licensed payment gateway; we do not store card details.

4. Delivery

After payment is confirmed, a login link to the course platform is emailed to you within 24 hours at most.

5. Account and use

Each enrolment is for one person. Sharing access, downloading, recording, republishing or reselling lessons is not allowed and may lead to account suspension without refund.

6. Access period

Access stays open for as long as the course runs on the platform, including new modules added at no extra cost.

7. Intellectual property

All course content belongs to Omar's Academy and is protected by copyright law.

8. Disclaimer

The course is educational. Claude is a product of Anthropic; Omar's Academy is not affiliated with Anthropic.

9. Refunds

A full refund is available within 14 days of payment if the course has not been used. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
